Movement & Writing Therapy: Caregiver Self Care

Are you caring for a loved one? Are you feeling stressed or burnout? Although there are many
benefits from caregiving there are challenges as well. This is a huge job that doesn’t come with training. Join us to learn techniques to help you cope with the
rewarding, but often overwhelming job of caring for a loved one. You will learn to use writing and yoga movement techniques that give you tools and resources to take care of yourself too.
You’ll benefit from the company of other caregivers and come away empowered with new ways to approach caring for your loved one while finding ways to take care of you in the process.
